Increasingly law firms are seeing the advantage of in house training and consultancy. This means that your training can be targeted and cost effective.

Lorraine works with an experienced management trainer, Ray Biglin to offer a wide range of management related courses.

Consultancy

Lorraine has extensive experience of the residential property market in a head of department role.

Risk management is of vital importance and Lorraine is well placed to advice on the pitfalls and risks of running a conveyancing practice.

Lorraine offers a consultancy service either in person or remotely. All aspects can be covered from talking to your team to consideration and realignment of your existing processes to the setting up from scratch of a conveyancing team, including candidate screening.

Lorraine will deliver a comprehensive written report at the end of the consultancy.

All visits and recommendations will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Whether you are building a conveyancing team or would like a fresh pair of eyes to look at your existing workflows and processes, Lorraine can help.

A typical consultancy period would be from 2 to 5 days depending on services required and complexity. Additional follow-up days can be contracted ad hoc if required.

Locum

Lorraine’s core expertise is as a senior level property solicitor having held a practising certificate* since 1991.

Lorraine offers a high quality locum service and is available for short and medium-term contracts.

Relax knowing that your clients will be looked after whilst you or your colleagues are away. Care for your clients, quality of service, expertise and initiative are as important to us as they are to you. Lorraine is a safe pair of hands.

Preference for on-site work will be given to firms based in East Anglia or London. Remote cover is also available.

• Attend your candidate interviews to assist with the selection process
• Assist with reviews at the end of a candidate’s probation period

If we have made recommendations which you have put into action, we can give these a 6 month and 12 months health check.
